The Task
For this project, students will become experts in one film theory and complete a short presentation about that film theory.
Your job, through research and film review, is to become an expert on the film theory selected for you. Create and present a a video presentation which includes:
Presentations should be between 5 (min) – 8 (max) minutes in length.
Presentation must be uploaded on Google Classroom.
Students will present in class on Thursday, March 12th, 2020.

- Defines/explains the theory.
- Provides the historical background of the theory.
- Highlights notable individuals and films associated with the theory.
- Highlights characteristics of the theory.
- Highlights later movements, theories, genres, or filmmakers that were influenced by this theory.
- Include an up to no more than 3-minutes of clips/shorts that clearly demonstrate the theory. Be prepared to explain how they demonstrates the theory.
